    Enjoying the community while learning about udon
    -Timeless Food Travel-

    This 1-day udon class will be held at UDON HOUSE, an inn for learning about Sanuki udon culture.
    During the 6-hour program, each participant will not only experience making udon from flour, but will also learn about food culture and history, as well as participate in a workshop to compare dashi soup stocks.
    While the dough is being laid out, we will visit a nearby farmer to harvest seasonal vegetables and Tempura will be made and served with freshly pounded udon noodles.
    Pre-school children are welcome to participate if accompanied by an adult.

    Wild Fisherman's Cuisine and Seto Inland Sea Cruise

    We will take you on a cruise trip around the islands of the Seto Inland Sea aboard a chartered boat.
    Lunch is a dynamic fisherman's meal ashore on an island. We offer you a unique way to enjoy the Seto Inland Sea!

    9:00 a.m. Departure from Miyanoshita Port 9:40 a.m. Enjoy cruising through the Seto-ohashi Bridge.
    Around 10:00 a.m. we will land in the Kasajima area of the main island and stroll through the traditional streets.
    Around 11:00 a.m. Cruise to the next island.
    12:00 p.m. Land on an island where you can enjoy fishermen's cuisine.
    1:30 p.m. Continue cruising to the next island.
    2:00 p.m. Visit the uninhabited island of Ujijima to see wild deer.

    Sunset BBQ Cruise

    The time is evening, and we will depart for a cruise off the coast of the Seto Inland Sea at dusk on a chartered boat. For dinner, we will provide a BBQ set of seafood and meat, mainly using local ingredients. Please enjoy the BBQ while admiring the sunset on the boat.

    5:00 p.m. Departure from Miyanoshita Port Enjoy the Seto Inland Sea cruise and BBQ for about 3 hours.
    Around 20:00 Return to Miyanoshita Port.

    Calm Sea Walk

    Standing on a large surfboard and paddling with a paddle, you feel like you are walking on the sea. Let's go for a walk on the sea with SUP. Choose from morning or afternoon sessions.

    Seto Inland Sea Adventure

    This is an adventure trip where you can paddle a sea kayak into the generous scenery of the Seto Inland Sea and taste the bounty of the sea. The wind, waves, light, smells, and colors as you glide along in a kayak on the calm surface of the water. Enjoy a day of experiencing the Seto Inland Sea with your whole body.

    12:50 Meet at the base of Free Cloud for registration. Please fill out the medical check sheet.
    13:00 Receive an explanation about the tour from your guide and change your clothes.
    13:20 Put on life jackets and other necessary sea kayaking equipment.
    13:30 Receive instructions on how to board and paddle in front of the sea kayak.
